Function Characteristics

3-indolebutyric acid is an auxin plant growth regulator, which can be absorbed by the roots, stems, leaves and fruits of plants.

  1. It can induce the differentiation of root tissue, stimulate hair roots, and increase the number of root systems;
  2. Promote cell elongation and regulate the growth of various organs and tissues;
  3. Improve the absorption and operation of nutrient elements, regulate vegetative growth and reproductive growth;
  4. Similar to NAA(-NA), but safer than NAA(-NA), safer to use;
  5. Similar in function to IAA, but more stable than IAA and more applicable.
